These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of truckingforamerica.com and the text messaging program run by TFA Logistics, LLC (“TFA Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

  • Program: TFA Logistics Driver Recruiting. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through a driver application, an inquiry form, or a reply to one of our ads, we may text you about your application, open driving positions, interview and onboarding steps, and answers to your questions.
  • Consent: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of applying to drive with us.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application and conversation with our recruiting team.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or call our recruiting team at (915) 702-2820.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about TFA Logistics, apply to drive, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit false information.

Applications and Inquiries

Submitting a driver application or inquiry does not create an offer of employment or a contract for services. Hiring decisions depend on our qualification requirements and applicable law.
